The crème de la crème of Parisian beauty media were invited to discover Antipodes® scientifically validated and certified organic premium natural skincare at an intimate event in the French capital yesterday.
The innovative green beauty brand’s founder and CEO Elizabeth Barbalich, was on hand to personally introduce how Antipodes uses bioactive ingredients from New Zealand nature to produce world-class skincare.
The breakfast event, held in an indoor courtyard at The Hoxton, one of the city’s most stylish hotels housed in an 18th century mansion on the Rue du Sentier in the 2nd arrondissement, allowed beauty media to experience the natural skincare while enjoying croissants and fresh juices.
Among the guests were journalists from Stylist, French Elle and Oh My Mag, who joined bloggers including Romane Stonem from FreelyFall and TV journalist Régine Arniaud. Ms Barbalich was later interviewed by French Vogue and Cosmopolitan magazines.
A long-time Paris devotee, the well-received event was the first of its kind for Ms Barbalich in France, where Antipodes® is sold in Le Bon Marché, a luxurious mid-19th century building on Paris’ Left Bank; Mademoiselle Bio, one of France’s most-loved natural health chains; Printemps, a high-end nationwide chain of department stores; and Oh My Cream, a chic boutique concept-store in Paris.
The brand is poised to expand into Sephora, a luxury nationwide chain of cosmetics stores.
