Proven science with meaningful clinical results is a strong focus for Antipodes®. For instance, we only test whole products, not individual ingredients in a product, as this provides you with far more relevant results.

The rigorous in-vitro trials that independent testing laboratory Trinity Bioactives Ltd undertook in 2009 showed us biological mechanisms and the action of cells exposed to Antipodes® products - with some very exciting results.

This laboratory environment is our preferred method of testing products. It's far superior to the clinical investigations favored in the cosmetics industry, giving scientifically accurate results with no human variables to influence them.

 
We've just won a one-year research grant to support us in developing new products with a strong science focus. This will provide us with access to the wealth of knowledge of New Zealand's top experts, the funding of clinical trials, and support in the science community.

We'll be doing more robust and rounded investigations combining in-vitro with non-biased, blind study human trials to bring you more high-performance products. Watch this space!
